This popular event, chaired this year by Bank of America

wine and food pairings selected to delight, educate and
entertain guests. Thirty of South Florida’s top restaurants and
chefs were represented, as well as 200 wines, beers and spirits
from around the world.
VIP guests started the evening off with a Private Champagne &
Martini Reception, sponsored by Southern Wine & Spirits and
catered by Thierry’s Catering. Sommelier Ron Warshawsky, hosted
interactive wine tasting seminars for guests looking to gain
more knowledge on the art of wine. Later in the evening, the
Museum’s atrium was transformed into an ultra chic South Beach
Lounge. The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort VIP Lounge was
the place to be seen. VIP guests sipped Caipirinha the signature
drink for the evening and sampled delectable Rock Shrimp Salad
with Vanilla and Ginger Panna Cotta, Poached Frogs Legs with
Chanterelles and Lilly Pads and Death by Chocolate Mousse.
